To find a dentist in the BlueCross BlueShield network, visit the BlueCross BlueShield site and search by city, ZIP code, distance, doctor name or specialty.

To find a provider in the Superior Vision network, visit the Superior Vision site, use the dropdown menus to select “Insurance through Your Employer” and “Superior National.” Then, search by location. Or, call 800.507.3800 for assistance.
