The Importance of Your Network

Seeking health care routinely can make a real difference in your day-to-day life while having a positive impact on your long-term wellness. Delaying appointments, especially for preventive, dental or mental health care, can lead to more complicated health issues later that can take a toll on you physically, cause emotional distress and become costly to treat or manage.

When seeking care, use this list as a starting point to find an in-network provider for discounted services covered under the university plans:

For more ways to find care near you, be sure to check provider directories regularly, as alternative providers and appointment availability can change, and remember to explore virtual or telehealth options when available.

Network Growth at a Glance

Good news! The provider network across Arkansas continues to grow. From April 2025 through April 2026, in-network medical providers grew from 18,694 to 20,173—a 7.9% increase! This expansion of providers and care facilities helps to provide greater appointment availability and gives you more options when choosing in network care.

But Wait – There’s More!
